Hera Pheri 3 is finally happening and Suniel Shetty, who played the role of Shaam in the comedy franchise, feels relieved that he finally has an answer to the question about his much-awaited film with Akshay Kumar and Paresh Rawal.
The third installment of Hera Pheri had been in production limbo for years. A few months, Akshay had also announced that he will not be part of Hera Pheri 3 because of creative differences. After producer Firoz Nadiadwala’s intervention, Akshay has finally come on board and the popular trio have also shot for a promotional teaser of Hera Pheri 3 to officially announce the film.

“So Hera Pheri 3 is finally happening! Look forward to being back on set with Pareshji & Akki. Like all good things, this one took some time, but it’s a relief to finally have an answer to this question!” Suniel wrote on his post on LinkedIn.

The actor also talked about what goes into the financing of a film, its production and distribution and how they make money. He also went on to explain in detail about the various revenue models such as box office, digital and satellite rights, music and so on.

He concluded with a note that reads, “33 years & 125 films later I don’t have it all figured out, but I will keep getting better at it.”

Hera Pheri 3 will see Akshay, Suniel and Paresh reprising their roles of Raju, Shaam and Baburao. The trio first played their roles in their 2000 stellar hit Hera Pheri, followed by Phir Hera Pheri in 2006.
