Shilpa Shetty aces her Monday workout, says ‘consistency’ is extremely important: See video – Times of India

Actor Shilpa Shetty is known for her intense fitness regime and love for Yoga. The South Indian beauty who made her debut with Baazigar in 1993 can often be seen indulging in various forms of workout to stay fit.

However, the actor does not believe in any shortcuts to achieve that lean, mean frame. The Dhadkan actor truly believes that hard work and consistency are the only tools to achieve this feat. In a recent video shared on her IG handle, the actor can be seen killing her workout, while telling her fans the importance of consistency.

Sharing the video, she wrote, “Consistency, dedication, discipline, and effort are the four pillars upholding one’s goal of achieving all their dreams… including the dream of a healthy and fit body. Modifying your daily habits and switching over to a healthy & regulated lifestyle is a must. Put in the hard work regularly and you WILL eventually see the difference.
But, achieving your dream physique isn’t the end of the road. You have to be consistent to maintain it.

Remember that this mantra won’t give you instant or quick results, but it’ll be absolutely worth the effort you put in over a period of time.
