The actress wore bespoke kalires, which were a tribute to her love story with Sidharth Malhtora. Revealing the details, Mrinalini Chandra, who designed the kalires, wrote, “Our signature lovestory kaliras for the beautiful @kiaraaliaadvani was all sorts of magical! Amidst stars, moon, couple initials & butterflies, there is a thoughtful dedication to a beloved pet, a favourite travel destination, a little love & mischief. And As per the brand brief and not to take away from the complete traditional and original structure of kaliras, We Incorporated the domes woven into the love story.”
Making her wedding Instagram official, Kiara had shared, “Ab humari permanent booking hogayi hai… We seek your blessings and love on our journey ahead.” The couple is expected to fly to Delhi today, where they will stay at Sidharth’s home. After hosting a reception in Delhi, Sidharth and Kiara will return to Mumbai to host another celebration for their Bollywood friends. Post these celebrations, the couple will report to work on the sets of their respective projects. Sidharth will reportedly start shoot for Rohit Shetty’s ‘Indian Police Force’, while Kiara Advani will report on the sets of RC15, co-starring Ram Charan.
